I don't know if I'm going to post an update tomorrow or not so I'm going to post this instead. This is an article I got from Parents.com. I love when they send me articles like this. It reassures me that I'm doing the right things for Little Miss.

Your baby's neural cord, which becomes the brain and spinal cord, develops within the first month of pregnancy, so it's important you get essential nutrients, like folic acid, calcium, and iron, from the very start. Hand, foot, and mouth disease is a common viral illness that usually affects infants and children younger than 5 years old. However, it can sometimes occur in adults.
