I love blogging. My favorite part of blogging is reading the blogs of people who live all over the world and getting to know these people through their blogs. I love having this kind of connection with people without actually having a connection to these people.
Most of the blogs I follow are about Moms with kids or first time Moms or Moms to be. I love it! I love all things baby! And I love hearing birth stories. I think it's because newborn photos and baby photos always accompany a birth story.
Lately, I have been reading A LOT of birth stories!! It seems like everyone is having babies right now! And it also seems that there will be a whole lot more in the upcoming months and I can't wait!! Even though I don't know any of you personally, it puts a HUGE smile on my face every time I read a birth story and see your pictures.
And it makes me want another baby so badly. I know my Baby Girl is still a baby. But I also know that the time is flying by and I am already missing her 7 months ago, when she first looked up at me with those big blue eyes. I am already missing her 5 months ago when she first started cooing. I am already missing her 3 months ago and how she was just discovering her hands. And I am already missing her 1 month ago when she first started saying Dada.
So much changes so quickly. As much as I love every single little thing about this little Baby Girl, I want another one. I want another first look, another first coo, another first Mama. And all you baby havers are giving me the baby fever badly!
I've got tons more firsts to have with my Baby Girl so for now I will be focusing on that. I will keep reading all of your baby stories with a big smile on my face and I will keep waiting for the day when I can share my second or third baby story with all of you. Until then...I will just have to enjoy my own baby story every day!

oh, she is just adorable! Her eyes are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI too love reading blogs from everyone, I haven't read many birth stories, but I do have a few blog friends that are expecting!! I feel a sense of a connection with my blog friends that I don't feel with my friends who don't blog
Thank you so much! Yea it's strange 'getting to know' people via blogs but I always feel a better connection. I have even had random people email me with questions and advice. I love it!
DeleteThere are so many firsts in your future!! Cherish every little moment...you'll realize how big they actually were after they've passed.
ReplyDeleteI know...I get so sad with each passing day knowing she won't be little forever!
DeleteSuch a cute baby!
ReplyDeleteI love hearing birth/adoption stories. They fascinate me.
