#5. Bath Time

"You will be bathing your infant daily, so a small plastic baby bath to place in the tub or in a large sink will help make the task easier -- even fun! Be sure to hold onto Baby while in the tub. Use specially formulated baby wash and baby shampoo to clean your baby -- they are gentler on new skin than regular soaps."

So now we move onto the towels. I chose a basic set which includes a towel and wash clothes but who an resist the cute little animal towels?

I won't get into anything like shampoos or soaps because, let's face it, everyone has their own opinion on what you should and shouldn't use. I would only suggest that you do not buy items like shampoos, soaps or lotions for that very reason, unless of course it's on the registry.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease is a common viral illness that usually affects infants and children younger than 5 years old. However, it can sometimes occur in adults. Symptoms of hand, foot, and mouth disease include fever, blister-like sores in the mouth (herpangina), and a skin rash. ( http://www.cdc.gov/hand-foot-mouth/about/index.html) Are you kidding me? Blister-like sores in the mouth? Why do things like this even exist? What purpose does an illness like this that just torments little babies (and their parents) serve?  This stupid illness is currently 'running it's course' through my poor son.
