Headaches!!!

I am posting this because yesterday I spent my afternoon and evening laying on the couch with ice on my head because I had the worst headache ever! I don't know what's going on with Tylenol but none of our local stores are carrying it so I couldn't get any relief. If only I had googled this yesterday, I may have been able to avoid my crappy evening.

While the ice helped a little, sleep was the best remedy for me yesterday.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease is a common viral illness that usually affects infants and children younger than 5 years old. However, it can sometimes occur in adults. Blister-like sores in the mouth? Why do things like this even exist?
