Button Swap

I keep seeing all of these offers to swap buttons on other people's blogs.  I have been considering doing this for quite some time now but I have never done it before.  I don't even know if my button is nice enough.  That's why it's at the bottom of my side-bar.  It's just something I threw together.  I want to re-design my blog.  Should I wait until then to swap buttons?

For all of you expert bloggers out there...give me some button swap advice.

Hand, foot, and mouth disease is a common viral illness that usually affects infants and children younger than 5 years old. However, it can sometimes occur in adults.
